This review relates to a reasonably large project at my home which commenced in September 2022.In the end, a good outcome, however initially there were big problems with the subcontractors who were engaged by them. Without going into detail, from day one and for the first month or two afterwards I had continuing grave concerns with the workmanship, skill and disgraceful conduct on site by the subcontractors who were sent. Not to mention a revolving door of substandard painters from the subcontracted firm and Rochele taking way too long to appropriately respond to my concerns .In the end, and after a number of site meetings and many weeks of stress and disappointment for me I reached an agreement with the Project Manager Patrick that the whole subcontracted team be removed from my property and skilled tradesmen brought in to rectify the problems and finish the job. I believe that as a result this particular subcontracting firm lost their contract with Rochele and are no longer used by them.I must give a big thank you to Dominic and his apprentice son Marley, who are the painters that Rochele sent to re-do / rectify the substandard work and complete the job. Absolutely meticulous, professional craftsmanship would be an understatement of Dominic's work, as well as that done by Marley under Dominic's watchful eye. It's true to say that in my opinion Dominic saved this job from being an utter catastrophe, and three of the four stars I've given for this review must belong to him. Thanks must also go to PM Patrick for making sure that all of my concerns and problems were eventually rectified to my satisfaction, and beyond in some cases.In the end I can recommend Rochele, as they did make good on their promise to rectify any issues that came up. I would say however, if you were to use them, be vigilant in keeping an eye on things yourself, make sure to take careful note of any issues encountered, speak up and stick to your guns if you're not satisfied.

Dan and his awesome team made the process of painting our home an enjoyable positive experience. The most organised professional team from start to finish with notifications of timelines, pricelines, and all perfectly managed by Sean. Stuart managed and motivates his team brilliantly and together they got the job done efficiently with an amazing result. Dan always calm and happy made it all so easy. Marcelo and his team did an absolutely beautiful job painting the exterior of our home. And water damage painting repair to our ceilings. The quality of their work is outstanding and the level of care for each separate section of our Queenslander was very professional. We love the results and would highly recommend them! A magnificent, first-rate company with friendly staff and superb communications from initial enquiry to end of work. Skilful, polite and happy tradies did an outstanding job on the exterior of our home in next to no time. No questions were left unanswered. Exceptional service and assistance with colour selections. We contracted Rochele to do the external painting of our home in Birkdale. Rochele was thoroughly professional and the job was completed to the highest standard in just four days. The painting crew were great, arriving punctually and working hard each day, while keeping the site safe and tidy. Communication was excellent throughout the process. Colour consultant Bianca assisted us with our choice of colours and Project Manager Paul Bracewell attended regularly to check progress. We could not fault Rochele and highly recommend them to anyone wanting a trouble free, high quality painting experience.

Wow. What a great experience. I've had a few painting contractors over the years but our experience with Aldi and his team at Rochelle is by far the best. We had the outside of our 6 townhouse complex painted recently. It's a big job. We found the quality of workmanship excellent, the attention to detail excellent. The tradespeople were courteous, polite and respectful of our homes. The site was left cleaner than when they started. The team even had it fine ahead of schedule despite rain interrupting work. They even trimmed away the weeds growing in the driveway edges for a polished finish. I would be happy to recommend and will definitely be using them again in the future.
