Rochele specialises in high access painting. We offer the most reliable team of abseil painters and rope access painters for any of your high-rise and other large commercial painting projects. High access painting not only gets the job done on time and on budget, but, most importantly, safely. When overseen by one of our experienced QBCC licensed supervisors, your high access painting project will run safely and smoothly.
Our high-rise and commercial painting customers demand the experience as well as the quality expertise we offer. When it comes to painting a property where height is a major component, our team of abseil painters/rope access painters have the training, licenses and knowledge to handle all height-related challenges.
From high-rise hotels in Gold Coast, resorts in Sunshine Coast, to large commercial properties all over south-east QLD, Rochele has a proven track record of painting some of South-East Queensland’s tallest buildings. We are proud to uphold our excellent reputation for providing quality service & results to match our customer’s unique needs in painting projects.
Our abseil painters are highly trained with safety as their first priority. As part of our abseil painting service, existing anchor points are inspected. Where anchor points have expired or do not exist, our high access painting safety partners can provide anchor point solutions for you.
Abseiling and rope access equipment can be removed from sites each day. The equipment can be repositioned at a moment’s notice. When set up and in use, the abseil painting has a very low visual impact on the building.
For these reasons, our abseil painting and rope access painting service have grown rapidly over the last several years. They are the ideal painting access method for many of our high-rise and commercial painting projects.
For some high-access painting jobs, we also utilise the use of fixed scaffolding and elevated work platforms (EWS). Our estimator will advise whether the use of elevated work platforms or scaffolding will be necessary for your painting job.
These forms of high-access painting provide a solid platform for the painters. In the case of fixed scaffolding, it can also help protect the unfinished work and equipment, especially during harsh weather.
All of our high access painting teams are fully skilled in the deployment, safe usage, and taking down of the fixed scaffolding and elevated work platforms. We make sure to adhere to all necessary worksite requirements when using this equipment.
Our team of experts are here to make fixing your home easy! Our estimators will come to your property to provide a free no obligation quote.
