Using custom technology allows customers to book quote appointments directly from our website. It includes appointment reminders and helpful information for our Rochele Estimators. The technology allows our estimators to quote remotely and real-time programs such as FaceTime, ZOOM and Microsoft Teams.
We are always keeping up with technology to be able to deliver on our motto: Delivering Prompt & Professional Painting Services by using the latest and state-of-the-art technology in our industry. The technology helps us paint in a way that’s beneficial to everyone.
We take online quote requests through our R.O.C.O system. This enables you to book a quote directly through our website for the day and time that suits you best.
Once you have accepted our quote and your job commences, R.O.C.O allows you to book inspections with your designated QBCC licenced supervisor.
This enables us to adjust things promptly and accordingly.
Once the job is accepted, clients get access to a real-time timeline. It displays milestones, site visits, inspections, progress photos and invoices for our clients to be able to track their job.
You will have a clear project timeline that you can access whenever you like to see the progress of your job. The timeline will feature progress pictures and comments from your supervisor.

Patrick is a serious Bulldogs Rugby League supporter. He said that even if someone offered him a million dollars to stop supporting them he wouldn’t take the money. While at work Patrick has proved himself to be a very effective supervisor, he inspects our projects and ensures both our painting team and customers are happy.

Alastair brings a wealth of paint product knowledge from his years working for Wattyl and Benjamin Moore. As a supervisor Alastair leads a team of painters and oversees their quality control. Alastair is also the point of contact for some of our larger commercial customers. Originally from New Zealand the other staff members try not to hold that against him.

David oversees the daily operations of the company and is responsible for everything running as smoothly as it does. David was trained by Rocco himself and has the reputation for being tough but fair. He is also well known for restoring classic cars to run smoothly, and everyone has to see his 1957 Black Chevrolet Bel Air. David says he enjoys coming to work for the great work environment and the company of honest people.

Jeremy’s role is to ensure that all our key clients are being given the best level of service possible. He does this by visiting our regular clients and communicating our services and gathering feedback. Jeremy is also Rochele Painting’s association representative for Master Painters, SCA & ARAMA.

Luke’s role as estimator involves providing quotations on a daily basis to numerous clients throughout the residential, real estate and strata sectors. Luke is also the point of contact for our aged care clients. Luke has spent over a decade in the trade and leaves his previous job in NSW as foreman to provide leadership and knowledge to our painting teams and clients.

Samuel’s main role is to continuously improve the business through regularly collecting and reviewing staff and customer feedback. Samuel implements and manages improvements to ensure the company constantly achieves its goal of being the most prompt and professional painting company in Queensland.

As Senior Estimator Stephen focusses on the trickier and more technical quotations. Stephen is also an extremely experienced skydiver with over 2000 jumps under his wings. And while he has an English accent Stephen prefers coffee over tea and says the best part of his job is meeting all our wonderful clients face to face.

Karen loves Rochele as much as she loves drinking cappuccinos. You will often find Karen giving Buddha the office dog a tummy rub even though she is a cat lover. Karen’s main focus is ensuring our service agreements and contracts are dealt with as prompt and professionally as our painting projects.

Nicky is an administration guru who brings a wealth of experience from a busy career in Nursing. Only by being fantastically organised and calm can Nicky juggle being the mother of three girls (being a founding member of MOOG) along with a full-time role here at Rochele.

Hailing from the south Island of New Zealand Tim may look young but he is actually older than Patrick. Tim plays heavy metal on his electric guitar, and is forced to wear a long sleeve shirt even in the heat of summer to cover up his heavy metal inspired tattoos. Tim brings a great deal of knowledge and enthusiasm to the team.
