Rochele painted this Spring Hill body corporate (unit complex) back in 2005. Given that the majority of our painters are long-termers, many remember painting this property many years ago.
It was a very satisfying project of an iconic Spring Hill property and included a great colour transformation. There is no doubt that the colour choice and professional paint job added significant value to the property.
While this project was a little tricky in regards to coordinating access the end result was worth it and is best viewed from the sky as seen in the photos.
This commercial painting in Spring Hill has a history with Rochele as we also painted this complex many years ago. Majority of our team remember the initial project given that our team have been with us for so long so it was a really enjoyable trip down memory lane to paint this project once again. We used a variety of different access solutions for this particular project to ensure the job was done professionally and promptly.
