Rochele recently completed this iconic commercial high-rise at Wynnum. Flinders on Bay Terrace is a famous landmark that we are proud to have helped transform.
Flinders is home to several local businesses such as Flinders Coffee and Central Business Associates. The office spaces have a spectacular view over the Port of Brisbane and Wellington Point.
Rochele worked closely with Tammy Vitale from Remax Advantage who explained that the building was once a terrible yellow and grey colour; but though our colour consulting has been completely modernised.
The building is the only high-rise in the area. Built some time ago, it appeared to be built to a very high standard as there was no major repairs required prior to painting. Painted brick is very underrated and when painted contrasting colours becomes a real statement. When last painted, the Wynnum building was spray painted. This time, Rochele decided to use brush and roller on the entire surface. We utilised a combination of our abseil painters and commercial painters to complete this project on time and on budget.
