This stunning Buddina apartment overlooks the clear blue water and golden sands of Mooloolaba beach. Not to distract from the heavenly view, the apartment painting was done in a bright white. Often when an interior is painted completely white it can feel a bit stark but with the help of clever interior design, including artwork, balance was brought to the look and feel.
The owners had recently purchased and renovated the apartment. The interior was completely gutter and left us with blank canvas to work on. The project ran smoothly and finished in a timely manner to ensure the owners were able to move into their newly renovated apartment on time.
From the beginning of this project it was clear that the end result was going to be marvellous. The space was going to be going through a full transformation, from drab and dreary to stylish and contemporary. The building was originally built in 1988 and the architecture and features were reminiscent of this, it was time to bring this apartment into the 21st century It was amazing to see how the finishing touch of professional apartment painting can help to put the cherry on top of a successful renovation.

It was a collaborative effort on this job between Rochele Painting & Rochele Decorating. Before the physical job could take place the perfect white paint had to be chosen because, when it comes to white paint, we all know that there are more whites than possibly conceivable to choose. But care was taken to ensure that the right shade of white with the perfect undertone was selected to balance and compliment the lighting of the space.
