Our painters are the backbone of our company and work extremely hard every day. Throughout the year, the painters are rewarded with a number of staff socials and events to thank them for their hard work and loyalty.
Recently we organised a painter abseil day at Kangaroo Point Cliffs. The abseil painting arm of our business has been growing rapidly over the last several years, and this event was a way to give our current ground crew painters an attempt at abseiling. Painters were encouraged to bring their partners and children to participate in the 20 metre high abseil. The youngest participant was in fact 11 years of age and did an amazing job.
Jeremy our sales manager manned the BBQ and cooked his famous breakfast burgers. We see events like this part of what makes Rochele different from our competitors. We live and breathe our family business values and believe that attracting, maintaining and rewarding great people results in a great company.
