Soho building is commercial and residential alike, with a variety of shopfronts at street level and apartment living to second and third levels, parking and garage structures to the rear in Varsity Lakes.
This sizeable building had some water damaged eaves and cracks to the front of the building that our plasterer made good ready for painting. The rest of the painting preparation began at the rear of the building with a variety of render and crack repairs. With the substrate ready and knowing that planning the works of the busy front aspect had to be well executed to have little to no inconvenience to pedestrians and shop goers the team got stuck in and all plans were worked to accordingly.
Liaison with the body corporate and onsite manager was highly effective, our request for access to paint tenants doors, blockading car parks and moving of cars to get our boom lift into tight spaces was dealt with well having minimal impact on residents and businesses alike.
This project was amazing to work on. Large in size, great execution and left with a lasting professional finish to this Varsity lakes complex.
