You’ll find that our Rochele Head Office is situated in a very convenient Brisbane location – we’re proudly based in the inner-city suburb of Albion.

Our Office

Travelling via the main Brisbane thoroughfare that is Sandgate Road, our Rochele Head Office makes quite the impression. Our red brick building has a heritage which goes back to 1895 and still retains the signature horse statue perched atop (a hallmark from its history as a local saddlery).

It’s a blend of new and old; a good metaphor for the effect that a splash of paint can have in upgrading a property and bringing it into the modern age. It’s also very central and convenient. Located only 15 mins away from Brisbane CBD and just 10 mins from Brisbane Airport; it’s also easily accessible from both Gold and Sunshine Coasts.


A Vibrant Hub

Albion has a background as an early-settlement town and is bordered by Breakfast Creek (and the iconic and historic Breakfast Creek Hotel). It certainly has deep roots as a productive and industrious suburb. Now, that aspect has been built up upon and diversified by an influx of creative businesses. Albion is a place of contrasts and offers many points-of-interest – from coffee in converted warehouses to fine dining in heritage-listed terraces. Plus, a host of urbane bars juxtaposed with antique/vintage shops and funky street art.

Local ‘must-dos’ include the aforementioned Breakfast Creek Hotel, Fiamme Trattoria, Black Market, Neighbourhood Coffee Roasters and Albion Antique Auction Centre. Nearby locales include Clayfield, Hamilton, Ascot, Hendra, Windsor and Wilston.
