Samuel's main role is to continuously improve the business through regularly collecting and reviewing staff and customer feedback. Samuel implements and manages improvements to ensure the company constantly achieves its goal of being the most prompt and professional painting company in Queensland.

David oversees the daily operations of the company and is responsible for everything running as smoothly as it does. David was trained by Rocco himself and has the reputation for being tough but fair. David says he enjoys coming to work for the great work environment and the company of honest people.

The newest addition to the Rochele Painting team.  Luke's role as supervisor involves providing quality control on a daily basis to numerous job sites.  He is also an onsite point of contact for our customers.  Luke has spent almost a decade in the trade and leaves his previous job in NSW as foreman to provide leadership and knowledge to our painting team.

Alastair brings a wealth of paint product knowledge from his years working for Wattyl and Benjamin Moore. As a supervisor Alastair leads a team of painters and oversees their quality control.  Alastair is also the point of contact for some of our larger commercial customers.  Originally from New Zealand the other staff members try not to hold that against him.

If you get Rochele Painting to quote on your property or project, chances are you will meet Stephen. While he has an English accent he prefers coffee over tea and says the best part of his job is meeting all our wonderful clients face to face.
Jeremy Festa

Jeremy's role is to ensure that all our key clients are being given the best level of service possible. He does this by visiting our regular clients and communicating our services and gathering feedback. Jeremy is also Rochele Painting's association representative for Master Painters, CTIQ & ARAMA.

As one of our BSA qualified supervisors Brett's day consists of visiting various job sites to ensure that the quality of painting workmanship is of a professional standard and that jobs are running on time.

Ali has been a part of the business since she was born and her main role is to keep her two brothers (Samuel and Jeremy) in check. She also has great knowledge and experience in marketing and advertising having worked in publishing.

Since Buddha's arrival, stress levels in the office have decreased substantially. Buddha's day consists of greeting customers on arrival, chewing red pens and sleeping seven out of the eight hours he is at work!
