We offer a free quoting service which can provide a typed quote within 24hours.  To calculate a painting price we use meterage rates.  

If a job is straight forward and there is no other issues such as height, extra preparation or difficult access then it is as easy as adding up the surface area of the property.  However, we often need to consider other issues such as:

1. Surface condition, 
2. Cleaning and preparation, 
3. Lead paint removal, 
4. Problem & peeling ceilings, 
5. Water damage etc.

Quite often there are issues outside the standard rate.  This is when our painting estimators have to rely on their knowledge and experience as a painter to incorporate a solution to certain problems and apply a price to achieve the solution.

Most people when getting painting prices will get at least two prices.  Remember the cheapest price is not always the best price.  A painting price that appears to be a mis-quote can sometimes lead to shortcuts on a job so it is best to do your homework and go with the painter you feel most comfortable.
